Dear Colleague,

On Tuesday 18 June 2019 the Crematorium complex and the Crematorium Office will be undergoing significant upgrade works to its IT and telephony infrastructure. We will therefore be unable to receive or make telephone calls or access fax or e-mail for the majority of that day until this work has been completed.

As a result there will be no funeral services taking place in the Crematorium Chapel throughout the day (Tuesday 18 June), though the Cemetery Chapel will still be available together with the other cremation option of Direct to Crematory, obviously by way of prior booking.

Access to our remote booking system will still be available on the day in question, however as we will be without telephones, fax or e-mail, we will be unable to take bookings for the Cemetery Chapel or other queries until this work has been completed.

Throughout the day the crematorium complex and the crematorium office will remain open for personal callers, the delivery of funeral paperwork as well as the collection of Cremated Remains.

Please accept my sincere apologies for any inconvenience this will cause you and your clients, and in closing I would be grateful in advance for your speedy submission of all paperwork for funerals booked either side of this day.
